- Another version of Butter cake or pound cake using bread maker.
Below I prepared 2 sets of ingredients for both 1 & 2 paddles bread pan.
Ingredients for 1 paddle bread pan
1 2/3 cup ( 200 g ) cake flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 block ( 200 g ) butter
3/4 cup ( 150 g ) sugar
1/3 cup ( 80 ml ) milk
Ingredients for 2 paddles bread pan
2 1/2 cups ( 300 g ) cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 block ( 300 g ) butter
1 1/4 cup ( 250 g ) sugar
1/2 cup ( 120 ml ) milk
مكونات صينية خبز مجداف واحدة
1 2/3 كوب (200 جم) دقيق كعكة
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر
4 بيضات
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة خلاصة الفانيليا
1 قالب (200 جم) زبدة
3/4 كوب (150 جم) سكر
1/3 كوب (80 مل) حليب
المكونات لوعاء خبز 2 مجداف
2 1/2 كوب (300 جم) دقيق كعكة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1 ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر
6 بيضات
1 ملعقة صغيرة خلاصة الفانيليا
1 1/2 قالب (300 جم) زبدة
1 1/4 كوب (250 جم) سكر
نصف كوب (120 مل) حليب

1/4 sudu kecil garam
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk penaik
4 biji telur
1/2 sudu kecil esen vanila
1 blok (200 g) mentega
3/4 cawan (150 g) gula
1/3 cawan (80 ml) susu
Bahan-bahan untuk loyang roti besar
2 1/2 cawan (300 g) tepung kek
1/2 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu kecil serbuk penaik
6 biji telur
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
1 1/2 blok (300 g) mentega
1 1/4 cawan (250 g) gula
1/2 cawan (120 ml) susu

1 1/4 Tasse (250 g) Zucker
1/2 Tasse (120 ml) Milch
Thanks for the video. I took out my automatic bread maker thinking I'd like to make a pound cake. I thought it should be easy, throw the ingredients in and press go, just like bread making. After watching your video I put the machine back in the closet. Since you have to stand over the machine and manually do everything I'll just use my kitchen-aid dough maker and bake in my oven. It will be easier and I wont have the paddle hole in the bottom.
Thank youfor watching and your kind comment, normally I use my kitchen Aid too to make this but not all of us have all the tools to make many cakes and breads, like colledge students, single workers who stayed alone or just anyone who just have a bread machine then I think if they can use to make them then it's helps. Hmm, for 2 paddles pan, is it possible to reduce the amount of butter and sugar, as I saw the amount of butter and sugar added might cause a little too sweet to the cake😢

I want to try this but I have the 1 paddle machine. I see you have the ingredient list for the 1 paddle machine but are the steps with the machine (i.e. machine settings and time) all the same as the 2 paddle recipe?
For this recipe, small /1 paddle, use same method, follow all except baking time. Bake for 1 hour, then check your cake with wooden skewer to see if it's cooked. It should have done by then, if not, add 10 to 15 minutes more baking time. You can open the lid to check after 1 hour. Wishing your baking a success. 🥰

What is cake flour??
Cake flour is flour that have lower protein content than plain/all purpose flour and it's made from a softer wheat than all-purpose. If you can't find cake flour in your area, the best substitute is using 4/5 cup of all purpose flour plus 1/5 cup of corn flour. I hope my answer helps. Thank you for watching and happy baking🥰
