It is a lot harer than that looks, where you have to be strong enough to operate the wheel chair, not to mention also quick enough, and anticipate the shot even more than playing just running!!! But great job Novak for having fun and honoring the special players. Kudos Novak!
I think the hardest part isn't even the movement, but the swing. As a former tennis player, A LOT of the power comes from the push and twist from your legs, feet, and waist. In fact, it's so important that one of my best coaches would always make sure not only your swing was correct, but also the movement of your lower body was too. I would probably say that I could make the ball only go 35% of its normal speed and spin without the use of my lower body. It's actually insane how people in wheelchairs can play so well
It is cool to see the technique between the two. The pro is often putting his chair into a sideways position between shots, and he consistently has some motion going. He is aimed to dash to where he is needed and the consistent motion means he doesn't have to attempt an explosive sprint from a complete stop, which I imagine can be exhausting if done repeatedly over a match.
For those that dont know, this is a event they have every year where the disabled play standing up and the non disabled use the wheelchair. Its amazing!

Just shows how difficult it is to play... to hold the racquet in one hand and move the the wheelchair with one or both hands, even with the one holding the racquet. And the shoulders have to be very strong, coz you can only play single handed back hand. So deep respect for the brave hearts who play wheelchair tennis.
