Oksana, You are a Charm! This works wonderfully. I have done facial exercises all my life but now as the years go by I wake up with my face showing sagging in places - needed a little help. This did it - I did this pinching before bed and wake in the next morning and those same areas were uplifted. Thank You for all You do for the public💃🏿

Thank you for the video. I'd like to say all of us don't "get red". Please keep in mind you have a diverse group of people watching with different skin colors. Try to come up with another reference point for progress. Instead of or in addition to red try hot, sore or something everyone can relate to. I know you're not in America so race may not be a thing you think about, but....... you're on the internet. Just feedback as a consumer. Hope this is taken into consideration.

Everyone one blushes and gets red due to that blood which goes up to the last layer of the skin... There is nothing wrong with saying red and please we are in 2021 and we shouldn't be focused on skin colours. This is called physiology, not room for racism or ideologies...

      @@gwenengillsdottir1511 Ha! hahaahahah!!
I surely DO NOT get red (blush) That's totally NOT TRUE! And stop trying to silence someone for advocating for herself and other women of color
You all are so quick to shut someone down with the “it’s not the right place or time to be discussed” Wrong again! ANYTIME a group of people are left out of the conversation would be the right time to address it
And how do I know it IS ABOUT RACE? Look at the likes you received. You didn't receive those likes because what you stated was correct (because it's not) you received them because you all feel the same way, (be black and be quite) and dear those days are long GONE
Women of color are welcome here and welcomed to suggest someone broaden their language to reflect all color and skin tones (there's nothing racist about that)
Riddle me this... HOW CAN (YOU) TELL SOMEONE NON-WHITE WHAT HER FACE DOES OR DOESN'T DO? How would you know?
See that right there is “the white privilege disease” you say what you want, do what you want, and are completely oblivious to other people's truth or concerns, that's why some of you have been labeled as KAREN! (using your privilege to get your way or police other people’s behaviors)
And for the record... as a medical student she is absolutely 100% correct! We are now being taught we cannot go by (looks alone) on a person face or body because darker people are not going to come in red-faced
(an example) when people of color have lupus or rosacea it doesn't look the same as on a white patient
We are taught to go through clinical inspection (not what we see) but with palpation (how warm is the hyperpigmented area?), percussion (right ventricular enlargement in the carcinoid syndrome), auscultation, and special investigations as we cannot SEE the red blush as we would on white skin
      Thank you, @Philicia Danielle

I’m not Black. I’m half Latina and half white, but very white passing. I agree with you… I don’t know why many white people have such a hard time with situations like this where people of color simply want to be included and not feel left out anymore. I applaud you for speaking up and claiming your place in a space you have every right to be a part of. it’s sad to see how many likes this person got for their ignorant comment about how it shouldn’t be about race. It seems like that’s always the response when they feel uncomfortable about facing their biases and racist ideas. Thanks to you and Philicia for bringing up these really important issues. It’s time the shaming of women of color for speaking their truth and asking to be seen, stops. Enough is enough.

you don't need any oil or cream for this kind of massage, you have to keep a certain adhesion with the skin to activate the blood circulation, 😊
