Sega Monaco GP - Arcade PCB fixed!

Absolutely one of my favorite games and I have been working on this Monaco GP cabaret on and off for about one year now. Since this board is all logic based it was a real ass-pain to fix. This was the first time I attempted to fix a board and I learned a lot but if it wasn't for the help of the KLOV community I would have never been able to get this going so thank you! Now I can start repairing the cab and restoring this game!
