36 years old here and die hard fan since 2004. If you love MCR in your 20s wait other ten or twenty years and you'll love them even more if possible. Every morning I wake up listening to these lyrics, still my greatest motivation after all those years. Gerard's voice sounds like an old good friend that offer you comfort during the bad times and share with you the few happy moments of your life. Their music is ageless and timeless and I will always be grateful to them for still being around 🖤

I first heard this song in 2007, at a friend's house because I was staying over again because our electricity was cut off, we only got to eat when our neighbor gave us food and someone always had to be at the apartment or else we would be evicted. I was a few months shy of turning 13, my mom was alcoholic, the whole family was going against each other. If I didn't hear this song at my friends place, I really don't know if I would be here now. I'm 27 now and this is one of the songs I always listen to help me; even when my depression was so bad, it would at least help me sit up. Sorry for oversharing. It's another one of those times.
