USGS has coastal cliff erosion maps showing potential future erosion in various areas along the coast. Would assume any necessary insurance or lack of would indicate potential risk. Or at this price point wouldn't matter could just move elsewhere if later were issues.

after watching all the aussie and new zealand home architecture videos i find ours in the US so lame and basic...
I have driven by this area. and honestly--- very disappointing area overall. Dry, dull, yeah big sized houses but ugly place really. Don't fall for these false images and concepts.
