Great video. I love your setup and the fact that you're making carlife work for you. When I was watching the video, I noticed you didn't use a lot of seasonings. Now some people like their food to taste as simple as possible because it helps them control their eating, which I can definitely understand. Other people, however, don't use seasoning because they don't know what they're doing, so in case you were one of those people, I wanted to suggest a few of my favorites to keep it simple. My must haves are Stonemill Table Blend (Salt Free), Badia Complete Seasoning, Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute, and McCormick Minced Onion (or any decent brand assuming you like onions), plus salt. I get the Stonemill from Aldi's, the Badia and McCormick from Walmart, and the Trader Joe's from Trader Joe's. Use all of them together to season everything and use a lot (so get the larger seasonings where possible). With the beans, the onions and seasoning should be heavy enough to almost thicken the juice before you heat up the beans. It should look like too much. You should be able to see the seasoning too. Once you heat them up, it'll look normal. The peppers should be covered in seasoning and make sure you stir them around in the seasoning when cooking (omit the onions). I really suggest marinating your chicken in an oil free Italian dressing and a Ziploc bag before you cook it. The vinegar will break down some of the fibers and make it more tender. Plus the seasoning is really good. Throw the chicken in a Ziploc bag with the dressing and marinate it as long as possible, but at least a few hours. Then you can throw it in the skillet with some salt or give it a little something extra with the Badia or Stonemill. Again, if you don't like seasoned food, just ignore my suggestions. I hate cooking, especially when I'm living in my SUV, so I eat a lot of canned beans, rice from microwaveable packets, fruit, vegetables, and nuts. That being said, I'm also from the deep South where food has to taste good. The right seasoning is life changing. PS I would saute the veggies in a little chicken or veggie broth. Just healthy extra flavor.
How do you wash the veggies? At work? You mentioned cooking rice at work I think? Anyway loved the video and subbed 😀 I am thinking to move into car soon to save money and just tired of slumlords. I have the same folding table!! Good to know I can just put if under bed or something... hadn't thought of that!! Thank you!!
Stumbled on your videos and now cant stop watching. Was good to see a car that closely resembles mine and giving me the motivation to make a dream a reality. The only bit I was stuck with was meal planning and seeing you do it with the table seems like a great idea. I've got until September until my tenancy for my apartment runs out so have enough time to prepare for the adventure. Keep making these videos they are inspiring. Thank you and stay safe
@@krystalfavourite1203 hi there I didn’t start the adventure as things changed however I have kickstarted as I have bought a motorhome an old 80’s Renault trafic and picking up Wednesday and I can’t wait to move in
Been looking for something simple. Gonna give this a try.

Great idea to store a big table under you bed.
Using normal kitchenware is a good idea too.
Inspiring. Subscribed ;)

Did you ever start your adventure?
@@krystalfavourite1203 hi there I didn’t start the adventure as things changed however I have kickstarted as I have bought a motorhome an old 80’s Renault trafic and picking up Wednesday and I can’t wait to move in
Thank you
You're welcome?...

Where are you parked. I have a hard time finding privacy for these types of activities???

How many days is this prepped for ?

Okay but where did you store this food? Like do you have fridge in your car that stays on 24/7?
Because a cooler in my car wouldn’t stay cool 😰
I just have to keep rotating ice packs periodically.
Are the 5 meals for dinner or lunch and I’m assuming they all go into your cooler? Thanks
I usually have them for lunch. And yes, you assume correctly lol. Thanks for the support!
Hiiiii
Bell peppers are fruits., not vegetables. Love the vid!
Great video honey 😘
Dude this is legit awesome xD
Honestly think you eat better than me. Are you meal prepping for anything? do a gym/workout video that would be cool
I'll have a boxing vlog out soon, for sure!
Ya, but how does it keep without a fridge ?
It's for a few days so insulated cooler should be fine
Get you some seasoning salt, garlic, and onion powder! Add some more flavor ;) *Subscribed
I really liked this video :3 you're cool and funny too (Gordon Ramsay it's proud of you xD)
You eat healthier than I do.
I buy 1 meal a day
