- An another playthrough in Kratus's SoR2 hacks with the Street Fighter characters. Now I am playing as Balrog, who is also known as M.Bison... I mean Mike Bison, not that dictator M.Bison.
His real name in the Japanese version is exactly Mike Bison. Because his name was based on a famous heavy weight boxer's name Mike Tyson, Capcom had to switch the names of the bosses in the US version, except Sagat.
The special moves:
Forward, Forward, Attack - Dash Punch
Special - Buffalo Headbutt
Forward, Special - Super Running Punch
Attack+Jump (Rear move) - Low Punch
Grab, Up+Attack - Head Bomber
Grab, Forward+Attack - Grab Combo

If ever theirs a movie were you see a boxer take on mad martial artist and fighters,and they pull of the scenes correct on good coriagraphy could be funny too just imagine.
He has a very powerful long range attack but quite bad jumping skills.

(Balrog is walking away from what’s left of Mr. X’s hideout, carrying two bags of cash stolen from the Syndicate; Alex stands in his path)
Alex: You! Stop right there!
Balrog: Get outta my way, wimp!
Alex: Drop the bags if you know what’s good for you!
Balrog: What’s it to ya, chump?! Those Syndicate guys ran off and left this perfectly good money behind, so I picked it up! Finders keepers!
Alex: That money was stolen by the Syndicate from the city, and you’re taking it. Which means YOU are stealing from the city!
Balrog: What’s your problem?! I took out your Mr. X guy, and I’m taking this dough as payment! You’re welcome!
Alex: I know why you’re really hear, Balrog. Chun-Li told us! You were sent by Bison to take out Mr. X and the Syndicate so Shadaloo could remain the #1 criminal organization in the world! Well, it ends now! I won’t let you or Shadaloo torment this city! Drop the bags and I’ll let you off with a warning!
Balrog: (drops the bags and laughs maliciously) You’re gonna regret this, kid! NOW DIE!!!

He's more perfect for sor2 than the other SF characters.
I don't know...Axel definitely fit perfectly. If anything, not having Adam in there was the miss I'd call.
Any SF2 characters would do justice in Streets of Rage 2 it comes hand in hand perfectly. Best of both worlds if this was the case this game would have been the only beat 'em up game to play of all time.
@@k-peezy2723 I think they wanted more variety. Adam was supposed to be the "powerhouse", but his figure doesn't match it, so they made Max instead.
Fun fact... Max is the only guy who can grapple Abedede without him breaking free.
Gotta love these hacks. Balrog was always considered one of my favorites to play as.

Yes... I know it's a hack, but the bosses became more balanced when they became officially playable.

Just about right, any Street Fighter 2 characters in a Streets of Rage 2 platform just fits perfectly hand in hand best of both worlds.
Made me laugh in the first stage when he picked up the knife, my goodness only he can pull it off with those boxing gloves on.
I really wish they made actual crossovers like this for the game consoles.

Watching this reminds me of Adam from the first game. He was slower, but was actually the strongest of the trio. He to was a boxer. Keep up the good work sir! Waiting to see Vega also!
Very sweet SOR2 hack. I get a lot of these in my feed for some reason, but this is the first time I've actually watched a whole video. Balrog/Bison just fits the game perfectly, particularly with the slight modifications to his moveset, presumably to make it fit in SOR2 better. No complaints whatsoever.

I would like that if every time you played with a new character or character we’ve already seen before that the enemies will kill each other too while you play through it, that made me laugh so hard I wanted to see it again please

Pretty accurate to standard SF2-his dashing moves weren't charge, so he could keep doing them(Boss advantages).
