    This is one of my family favorite recipes: Stir-fried Water Spinach with Oyster Sauce.
    Well, its green color is beautiful, the texture is crunchy with the soft leaves, then the combination of the savory, sweet and its thick gravy is the real next level, superb!
    This recipe is inspired by a recipe written by Mrs. Ihdana. This one recipe of hers is out of the box foor it has been trialed by more than 570 users of Cookpad application.

    Ok, here is the recipe, hopefully it will be useful.
    Ingredients
    The Main Ingredients
    1 bunch of Water Spinach, at about 400 grams;
    3 cloves of Shallot, replaceable with 1 Onion, chopped:
    1 to 2 cloves of Garlic, chopped;
    1 tomato, cut to taste;
    3 pieces of red cayenne pepper, sliced ​​oblique;
    3 large red or red curly chilies, sliced ​​oblique;
    1 tsp Palm Sugar, finely shredded;
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce;
    1 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce;
    ¼ to ½ tsp broth powder, to taste;
    Enough Salt to taste, at about ¼ to ½ tsp, to taste;
    Sufficient Oil for frying.
    Note
    Make sure to use high heat to stir fry, as to keep the water spinach leaves green and its vegetables are soft.
    Also make sure to keep your focus on stirring it, don’t be swayed by even a tenth of second. Stir fry for about 3 to 5 minutes depending on the heat of the stove.
