How’s the fuel how long would it last I had a yz250 lasted almost a whole day on one tank
you hear at 0:07 how it hesitates a bit just above idle speed and then settles down to idle?
it’s supposedly normal on some bikes. KTM Freeride 250r does that
Anyone know what causes it? How to make it return to idle better?
Jetting usually fixes that
Bike sounds a tad lean on fuel so that’s probably why
@@dominickjohnston5881 We haven't messed with the jetting yet, as the stock jetting falls within the temp/altitude range for where we were riding in Virginia. We use Klotz castor bean oil @ 50:1 with 93 octane. I'm really happy with the throttle response and snap the bike has totally stock with no adjustments.
@@tommills9631 still air density maybe slightly different where you live causing it , i would try adjusting the air screw inwards and see if that helps

I've owned MX & Trail bikes for 42 years and grit my teeth everytime I hear this. It's like engine braking on a 2 stroke.

People sleep on KTM huskavarna husaburg.... I am a solid owner and rider ..Honda is not got anything in the durability of the Austrian bikes .. kawasaki is better than Honda in my eyes but I have rebuild them so I do seei the error ..like att the shock linkage on the Honda not needed

Alex 94200 I have the Yz 250X but I have Never rode a Husky 2T. What is the difference??
@@DerekHallman derek my personal point of view is that the YZ is incredible that bike is out to kill you. The husky is how can i say more forgiving. And no my brother 250 YZ is not a built one. And its an 2017 and we tried the husky and ktm 2019. Resulted in my brother getting a 250 Yz 2019 models. Once again its my personal opinion i can hold on and go faster with the husky and ktm but the yz way harder for me. I ride a crf 250r 18models.
@@j-rox8551 you ride an yz x that is an enduro bike i never rode one. I cant compare i think your gear box is different than a track bike.
