- "La Lluvia" (The Rain) by Stephen Hatfield. Based on a panpipe melody from Ecuador.
Recorded live on May 3, 2015, at All Saints Episcopal Church in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Performed by the Chamber Singers ensemble of the Girl Choir of South Florida. Artistic Director: Wallis Peterson.
This song paints a tonal picture of the falling rain.
Time passes and this is still a banger
I will keep coming back and praising this. The routes around the silence, the individual singers, beautiful arrange, top tier
WOW! wish i could make out what each of the girls is singing but its a bit far... extraordinary display tho! Moving performance! I believe the high ranging and solo vocals are on the left side of the screen, and the low and base vocals on the right. Extraordinary performance, i cant overstate that. Especially with the limited number of singers, props for For Lauderdale churches acoustics. Every single singer and the maestro lady have my heartfelt congratulations, its my favorite ever performance of this piece from now on. I wish this could reach more people, its trully mesmerizing.
The words are just "loo"
@@sarahjraines I meant in the sense of who is doing highs and who is doing the low and base vocals
I think I was joking, but it was four months ago, and I don't remember.
This still kicks ass my fella commenter@@sarahjraines
