    I use mine for home defense, so it matters very little if I'm shooting no more than 21 ft in front of me, and I need the extra power that afford for the Tannerite pellets I use. Of course, On my sbr,. and sniper air rifles those are ALL regulated. But my .457 Pitbull is unregulated, and I wanted power over consistency. In that way It literally shoots through cast iron pans, car doors, and large game. Its super accurate. I have the huma installed in every piece I own except the GK1 and the 457 Pitbull/bulldog by Benjamin. I also have a regulated 357 magnum conversion that uses a regulator by human as well, A super fine rifle(s), even if its only good for 8 shots between refills. The leshiy2 does 16 shots, and the Condor, by air force high extreme mod does hundreds between refills at 25 cal. But That one also has a 580CC tank mod, with an extreme regulator and plenum mod. Single shot. Shoots a 25 cal pellet at 1500 fps+. The huma regulator works great on ALL the air guns/rifles, I have modded. But At this point Im going to pass on this mod for my gk1 due to power concerns, Chances are im only gonna get off what's in the magazine only anyway if Im home invaded again.

    That kit is in my radar. I set mine at 25 fpe when 250-280 bar but I've noticed that power can reach 30-34 fpe when pressure is around 150bar.... I don't have any need for more power but I would like a bit more consistency. Currently my power settings give me 19 shots (full mag) from 230->150 bar, and I shoot mostly my casted slugs (huben v3 mp-mold, 38 gr, 5.58 & v2 boat tailed 37 gr 5.55). Somehow the gun seems to self regulate when I shoot lighter projectiles like the h&n baracuda 21 gr pellets giving me 1/2 mag more shots at same output speed. The second best upgrades for this gun will be a better grip and the top red-dot rail... best airgun purchase ever for me after my steyr LP10

    Hi Lee, great video, and having regulator consistent shot. Just wondering, by having regulator will it reduce the overall air volume in GK thus reducing shot count. The regulator kit is €276,70 plus postage so that's about £232.00 plus the postage.

    Not hating but it takes away the power. Makes it a bit more consistent maybe more efficient but considering that it's a pistol for realistic close range use it's super accurate unregulated. Huma says you'll get around 40 ft lbs on 145 bar reg pressure.

    • @5euk
      @5euk  Месяц назад

      I'm not sure what your point is ?
      Ok at max power with the first shot at around 80fpe in a .25 is great if that's what you want, but then each shot will drop about 8 fpe per shot so what good is that at all when working out how to aim it ?
      Consistency will the improve it in everyway.
      And if Huma is correct, who needs an air pistol anymore than 40fpe ???
      The regulator serves a great purpose and generally once a regulator is released for any type of airgun, that is then what the more serious shooters will always use.
