It means for a little effort a white (mainly male) can achieve a good salary and success. Because whites have only ever been whites they cannot see this. The factors as to why this is is a long and detailed reason but the fact is it does exist. Incidentally, within white races there is also a privelage scale. For example a white Englishman or German gets priority over a white Spaniard or Bulgarian. But a white Spaniard over a black. I've lived in Saudi Arabia and China and can tell you that whites are respected, sought after and very much loved. In the far East many Asians will refuse to have a black teacher and will complain until a white one is hired. It's crazy but true. I think this is what ultimately really gets to blacks, they see so many whites just whistling along in life not really exerting themselves too much and achieving quite a lot while they as blacks find that to even achieve that same modicum of success they'd have to work their proverbial black asses off!

A bit of home work / preparation next time since the "White Privilege" debate has been waged a number of times with very well reasoned. Ben Shapiro for example dismantled this debate quite well. I suggest if you plan to debate someone on this topic, watch some of these videos for preparation.
My point is - this topic has been analysed and debated ad nauseum. Some Conservative debaters like the ones that I mentioned have made really good arguments against this identity politics game. And Ernst must be aware - this was the topic - and he is going up against a person who is fully Buzzword prolific with her set ideas and an interviewer that is hostile. He will have seconds to respond, so it must - it must be filled with reasoned arguments, irrefutable statements. Fumbling, interrupting, uhm-ing and ahm-ing just undermines the point. He must take a day or so and spend just preparing to be familiar with the typical terms that they will pull out and the fallacies that it is based on. To these political analysts, we are the ones actually in the job market. My class mates got all the opportunities, studies paid, inturnships and jobs. After 2 years, I received an opportunity at a black owned company at a massive discount to my black piers. Within a year and a half I got promoted above them eventhough they received more benefits like training and facetime with managers. My work ethic and determination in the workspace promoted me, as I know I won't easily get other opportunities due to my skin color. The lack of motivation in my black counterparts is the thing holding them back. Not white privilege.

Within 1 generation my parents lifted our family out of poverty. They grew up hungry everyday (living in a totalitarian state in Europe). They were denied proper education, yet they raised us with enough food, clothes, they always emphasised that we were to go to university. My father worked and suffered to pay for my tuition.

Priviledge versus poverty. Black South Africans make too many babies and are awefull planners. They just cannot plan properly ahead. The level of moral standards are low with approximately 99 % of firstborn black children who dont know who fathered them. These people are often end up being violent, corrupt citizens who indulge in activities such as vandalism. Coloured people (the poorer lower echelons within this group) on the other hand, consume too much alcohol and drugs are a big problem. The black oriented ANC government also discriminate rediculously against coloured South Africans. The ANC not only discriminate financially, jobwise etcetera against coloured South Africans, but there are also substantial evidence that the black oriented ANC government distribute drugs on purpose within these communities in order to suppress them. (Blacks consider coloureds as problematic) Those factors are the main reasons for poverty amongst these two groups. Whites, Indians/ Malays and the middle class coloured people on the other hand are just so much more smart. They plan propperly and have high moral standards which result in their lifestyles being superior. Blacks in South africa still have a long way to go to catch up. We need to get them out of the medieval frames of reference, thinking and doing.

You are entitled to what you create. How does the number of students determine the level or value of what is taught? If I teach one person or ten people, the teaching stays the same. The problem is that most students come from broken-dysfunctional-unstable homes and are therefore undisciplined, unruly, uninterested and therefore unteachable which destabilizes the classroom and hinders the level of education. And because corporal punishment is illegal thanx to the ANC, the teachers are powerless as to taking control as they should. This boils down to the core of the issue... Culture. If good morals and family values are cultivated then the outcome shall be stable families, stable communities, responsible citizens and a good environment to educate children in secure fashion. The factors as to why this is is a long and detailed reason but the fact is it does exist. Incidentally, within white races there is also a privelage scale. For example a white Englishman or German gets priority over a white Spaniard or Bulgarian. But a white Spaniard over a black. I've lived in Saudi Arabia and China and can tell you that whites are respected, sought after and very much loved. In the far East many Asians will refuse to have a black teacher and will complain until a white one is hired. It's crazy but true. I think this is what ultimately really gets to blacks, they see so many whites just whistling along in life not really exerting themselves too much and achieving quite a lot while they as blacks find that to even achieve that same modicum of success they'd have to work their proverbial black asses off!

All of the arguments made with false statements tells us a very simple outcome that is needed: Segregation. The others want us dead and say it so openly. Every failure on their side is blamed on whites. We need segregation, in our own area with our Government. Let the rest fail and become Zimbabwe if they want to continue the path that they are on, but they must not - I repeat - they must not have to power to project their failures on us in perpetuity.

My work ethic and determination in the workspace promoted me, as I know I won't easily get other opportunities due to my skin color. Within 1 generation my parents lifted our family out of poverty. They grew up hungry everyday (living in a totalitarian state in Europe). They were denied proper education, yet they raised us with enough food, clothes, they always emphasised that we were to go to university. My father worked and suffered to pay for my tuition.

Priviledge versus poverty. Black South Africans make too many babies and are awefull planners. They just cannot plan properly ahead. The level of moral standards are low with approximately 99 % of firstborn black children who dont know who fathered them. These people are often end up being violent, corrupt citizens who indulge in activities such as vandalism.
Coloured people (the poorer lower echelons within this group) on the other hand, consume too much alcohol and drugs are a big problem. The black oriented ANC government also discriminate rediculously against coloured South Africans. The ANC not only discriminate financially, jobwise etcetera against coloured South Africans, but there are also substantial evidence that the black oriented ANC government distribute drugs on purpose within these communities in order to suppress them. (Blacks consider coloureds as problematic)
Those factors are the main reasons for poverty amongst these two groups.
Whites, Indians/ Malays and the middle class coloured people on the other hand are just so much more smart. They plan propperly and have high moral standards which result in their lifestyles being superior. Blacks in South africa still have a long way to go to catch up. We need to get them out of the medieval frames of reference, thinking and doing.

How does the number of students determine the level or value of what is taught? If I teach one person or ten people, the teaching stays the same. The problem is that most students come from broken-dysfunctional-unstable homes and are therefore undisciplined, unruly, uninterested and therefore unteachable which destabilizes the classroom and hinders the level of education. And because corporal punishment is illegal thanx to the ANC, the teachers are powerless as to taking control as they should. This boils down to the core of the issue... Culture. If good morals and family values are cultivated then the outcome shall be stable families, stable communities, responsible citizens and a good environment to educate children in secure fashion. Thank the politicians for what they have done to their own subjects who voted them into power.
