Slight problem with the math. It should be 0.33 not .033.

I have these convs. with my friends who are also house hunting and I keep telling them "well yeah, you qualify for it and I qualify for it too", but look at how much that's going to reduce your monthly income. System is setup to get you as tight as possible. Again, how much can you afford! Not qualify for ;] thanks.

It sounds like more than enough yes but it would depend on what price home you want. You could easily have enough to put 3-5% down on a $500,000 house with some left for closing costs and other expenses. You have the cash, you just need to make sure your payment would be affordable within you salary. What state do you live in?
How did you get the 435,000?
When I used all the numbers , the debts and interest rates that gave me the 435,000 based on the payment
It’s a hypothetical number based on this fake scenario of all the numbers , debts etc. 😂 but every situation is unique and if you want to know your numbers of what you can afford your best best is to contact a lender that you trust . They can determine what you could afford based on your sitaution
