This is sad. 40 years ago, as a teenager, I actually wanted to visit NYC. So much history and culture in the "Big City". It was fascinating. Later in life, I drove a truck for 10 years, and made it to most of the other major cities across the country, but never NYC. Today, you couldn't pay me to go there, or any other major city for that matter.
I travelled all over the world, and lived in NYC for 10 years. and I wouldnt want to go visit ANY major cities in the world, except for Tokyo. The entire world has gone down. All major European cities have the same issue as NYC-crime, migrants, dirty , dangerous

What could go wrong a candidate that the left spied on during his campaign, paid for a false dossier and impeached twice during his presidency. And he lost to a plagerizing career politician that had no remarkable bills passed in his name that won even without campaigning. Yeah right and now that same president charged with what questioning an election and keeping records that they knew he had and was protected by secret service unlike those that Biden obtained when he was a senator and not protected because it wasn't known he had them. Where was the raid on China O Biden?

I'm right across a luxury hotel converted into migrant housing. Every single migrant has a smart phone. In a family of 5, I've seen every single person, including 6 and 7 year olds holding their own smart phone. Will one free phone per family not suffice?? What's a 6 year old need a smart phone for? Not like they are waiting for urgent calls like they are paramedics or first responders.

I was homeless for a while , got back on my feet with no help from anyone rented a storage unit and slept in there when I could ,until I saved enough delivering food on a city bike , i lost my job because of Covid was evicted and not once did I put my hand out , and I know there’s a big difference being born here and all but still I feel like they are expecting to much when we are out of resources and this will hurt the people who are still waiting on housing vouchers section 8 veterans and homeless people.
I was driving in NJ and I saw 4 white unmarked coach buses coming over to NYC while being escorted by a police brigade…I wonder who’s so important on those buses 🤔 I guess they must be worth millions in taxpayer dollars

There are a dozen good long-form documentaries on the southern border, especially the Yuma sector, that shows these "asylum seekers" flew all the way to the international airports in northern Mexico and paid cartel smugglers to cross over to AZ. We really need to revisit our voting rules, perhaps implement a simple common sense test prior to voting.
Better yet eliminate voting weeks and voting tabulation systems that are susceptible to tethering which allows Internet access during the tabulation process where "corrections" can be made. All you need is one unscrupulous poll worker and a smartphone.

Hopefully NYC gets back its reputation for being a prominent city for events and attractions, and not reduced to a downtrodden shelter zone with abused, and once famous and beautiful slew of hotels that’s now used to house migrants . I always thought and believed that asylum was requested and given to people who were persecuted for their political or religious ideologies, to people who feared for their lives for a reason, to people who ran from wars, etc. etc. What is happening here does not meet any of these requirements, all these people who are here came just to improve their quality of life and not out of fear or because they are persecuted by anyone, this is totally ridiculous and nonsense, I wonder what they're going to do with all of them in the long run, this is crazy.
