Sir, it's very interesting. I'm totally an ignorant and also from a different field. Can you please give us an overview of all types of field crops with examples ?! I would like to see the total picture in a chart form with their common examples and I would also like to know which of them are good for health or to reduce weight like oats, dalia, barley, millet,etc. I feel very confused and want to know all their names with their identity. 🙏🙋

Sir between cereals and millets main difference is in millets, testa and pericarp of seed is fused together in such a manner that it can't be seperated.
