Seeing the portrait of Princess Diana brought tears to my eyes. She was such a role model for me growing up of what an elegant woman should be. I think you can always contact them if you want to volunteer. The Royal household for instance has most of the people working for them volunteer (unpaid) ladies in waiting etc do the job for free, of course they come from vey wealthy families who can afford it, so they do it out of loyalty. Pretty sure the Spencer's have a similar policy, specialy since they live on Royal grounds.... Goodluck
