Amina de la Cruz

Jennifer de la Cruz considers September 22, 2014, her daughter’s second birth date. That was the day the doctors and nurses in the Alexandra and Steven Cohen Children’s Emergency Department, the ECMO team, and countless others at NewYork-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital saved Amina’s life after she suffered multiple cardiac arrests as a results of a complex cardiac defect.
