It's not just Wilson uptake reluctance that puzzles me, it's also why this fantastic channel hasn't got more subs. Baffling

Looks outstanding for forgiveness. That is impressive. Still not a fan of such crazy lofts but they all make them that way. Personally, I prefer an all silver or chrome look on the back of the club. Not that it matters on performance just me in general. Keep up the great reviews. I think people are missing out on your channel for the forgiveness and speed aspects of club tests. Bravo from Iowa, USA!

Wilson make some great looking and feeling equipment. I think many people, especially golfers I know, are very limited in how often they replace equipment and being vain we want to do our best to own those once in a lifetime brands or have some credibility with our mates by using a the same brand as our golf heroes, knowing full-well that our game will never improve!

Great review Wilson so underrated don’t understand why more golf club pros don’t stock them or Mizuno because the quality is fantastic and the price just tremendous value. After your review on the forged Dynapwr going for those together with the new woods which look fantastic.
The triad balls are fantastic too. 62 majors won founded in 1914. Nearly every pro has played Wilson at some time including Arnold Palmer, Payne Stewart, Langer, Faldo, and today Harrington and Laurie and Waring, plus a few American pros. The sand wedge was invented by Wilson and Gene Sarazan.

    Amazing forgiveness laterally Jay! 😮
But given the reduced forgiveness on low strikes, perhaps Wilson shouldn’t have gotten rid of the power holes after all? 😅

Great Video. I feel there's a lot of snobbery when it comes to Wilson clubs, people see them as 'budget' clubs which is nonsense. i started with a set of fat shafts back in the day and they were amazing!

    Hi, love the content ..
I have the QI 10 irons , but I am struggling with them atm. And I like the Wilson Dina power. Could you compare the two?
Thanks in advance. Keep up the good reviews

Obviously looks are subjective, but we got some in the shop the other day and the finish on them looks incredibly premium compared to the Chrome from the previous model. The videos don't really do it justice. I'm curious about the lack of power holes compared to before though. I haven't really messed with our demos very much yet

I love my Wilson Staff D9 irons. These new clubs are not as visually appealing in the bag but seem to look great at address.

Unrelated: i just bought some Epon irons that I would love to see on your channel....since you are a Mizuno feel guy....they are Endo's in-house brand.

Wilson & Srixon both make great kit but need to get into more shops or follow PXGs lead to make it easier to get fitted.

Wilson makes such a lovely forged iron but cast irons are suspect on the backs. Personally, though, I can play with a shovel like this if it helps me, and I have played with shovels in the past. All about the scorecard for me.

It's not the Elyte looks wise, but it competes fine with most game improvement models.

Ridiculous heat map. Top shelf game improvement iron for 2025. Well done Wilson.

If I were in the market for new irons, Wilson would be on the top of my list. But aren't those spin rates a little too low? (edit: got to the end and apparently not)

Maybe stockists make higher profits on higher priced products from other manufacturers, allabout the money

It’s golf snobbery why Wilson is not more popular. The masses seem to think that because a PGA player uses one of the big 4 brands they must be better when in reality they are not and all you are paying extra for is for them to sponsor the pro. I love the Wilson brand and will always use them as bang for buck they are pretty hard to beat!

All the RUclips golfers like them, but barely any of you put them in the bag. Rick had the cb Irons for a bit, but he wasn't good enough for them .... that's about it.

Wilson make box sets for too long before trying to get back into the premium market.

Are people that influenced by tour presence? If a brand isn’t seen on tour they won’t buy it

  • @guywhittern2800

It’s all completely rubbish about clubs costing more to produce. It is manufacturers dipping their bread. I bought a full set of Mizuno JPX 921 forged, still in the head wrappers, from golfclubsforcash last year for £389. Admittedly 2 models out of date, but if they cost £1200 new and the shop can sell them to me for £389 unused, and still make a profit, then which firm has given away the other £800???!! The reason Wilson don’t sell more is because of all the muppets that play Taylor Made because Rory and Scottie do.

It's a subjective thing but the only thing I don't like about Wilson clubs is they look ugly now they have improved that a little bit and I know that the looks of a club shouldn't be that important but I'm a professional photographer and I won't use cameras that are ugly. I just don't wanna play with them and if your clubs are ugly, you won't want to go out and play. It's a human nature thing. It's got nothing to do with the performance of a golf club. It's the look.

It probable cost them about $10 or less per club considering they are all made in the Peoples Republic of China.
