      Bless This Hot Mess I think it means stir gradually to evaporate the water until the paste become ready to use 😀The other thing is sugar because it’s going to dissolve in hot beans ; In my opinion no matter which one do you use !Good luck👍

    Wow... Love those peonies! I'd like to make them for my mother's birthday cake. Please kindly answer my questions below to help me finishing the project:
    1. If not using fruit powders nor food coloring, can I possibly just fruit juice or tea for coloring?
    2. Can I use less sugar? And what is the impact of sugar do to the paste?
    3. How to make the green and red flowers?
    Thanks.

    • @HeHeHa328
      @HeHeHa328 6 лет назад

      Thanks for your reply though I can't find it here.
      Why must it not to use juice instead of coloring? (I have no experience on this so it helps a lot for more elaboration from you)
      For making the red and green flowers, as they appear to be different from the pink, yellow, and purple peonies, it would help if different size of nozzle was used and the technique of making it?
      May I know the brand of nozzle tip#122?
      Hope to receive your reply again, many thanks.

      just heat the mixture on the stove to reduce the liquid/ water content so it turns into thick paste. not frying it. usually baker use castor sugar or you can opt for powdered sugar for less sweet version.

    삶을 때 껍질도 같이 넣어서 삶고 갈아주신건가요? 화면에 그렇게 보여서요:)
