I just made this in between zoom meeting. So good. I think it’s the sauce that made the difference. I used frozen fish, didn’t even thaw them. Came out perfect. 👍
I am going to try this amazing healthy recipe with salmon. I love the way you speak and the way you handle your ingredients gently and lovingly without any effort. For example pressing those garlic and shaving the palm sugar. Love everything about it. Thank you
Marion, I made this twice: to die for. Second time I had leftover sauce - too good not to use. Marinated 1# pork shoulder overnight , grilled next day and had it sliced over salad for dinner . You're the best chef ever; love watching you. ❤

Wonderful recipe, that's my Saturday afternoon lunch sorted, lots of aromatic flavours and simplicity...perfect! especially with some chillies and extra sambal on the side for me because I don't know when to stop when it comes to chilli

Palm sugar is what used by native Thai. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. In fact, it is highly recommended.

Get a digital thermometer, best way to tell if fish is fully cooked. Internal temp of fish should register at 140 F.
