splayed leg is more likely caused by too firm of flooring, should have them in a brood box for the first month or two instead of the full sized coop, and use a thick layer of pine shavings that you clean out and replace often. It's clear from the video that your coop doesnt have nearly enough chips down and too much bare floor. its also a huge coop for a small group of chickens so depending on your climate it'd be hard for them to regulate the temperature. should be snug and easy for them to heat with their own body heat in chilly weather.
chickens CAN eat maggots. they're great for them. however if there are maggots in their FEED?! Sounds like your feed is not being stored correctly, and problems are more likely from wet rotting feed.
I would think that getting more than one piglet would be better for the pig since they are social and can get depressed if they are alone.
DONT get only one hen and one rooster. Get multiple hens and add a rooster if you want them to raise their own young. one rooster with only one hen will cause him to really run her down, there should be at least 4-8 hens per rooster in a flock.
 DON'T name your livestock.
Please separate the chickens/chicks from the piglet and the rabbit, they should all have their own dedicated areas, or you risk disease spread and some animals harassing others.

Thank you for the info. We have started adding more bedding to the floor and we have a new flock. So far so good. 😊
