I tried it, it's a little worse than Rabadons in terms of what it actually gives. Yes, E and GLP slow for the increased burn dmg, but mf's combat time with this build is actually really low compared to a say - lillia or a singed. It's decent, and I pick it up 3rd if I'm just going for full damage and there isn't an angry evelynn forcing me to get a banshee's veil. It's just not incredibly gold efficient unless I'm getting an extra 30% AP on it from rabadon's first.
