Couldn't watch Gaami, but this episode is so soo good. The frames from the teasers and trailers were awe inspiring, I could get a sense of good world-building. And when you come to know that such intriguing worlds that look magnificent on screen were built on a shoestring budget, you're definitely going to get hooked on this episode in search of many answers. Like Sandy garu mentioned in the pod, most of us don't know what the 24 crafts in a movie are. But episodes like these quench the curiosity of a typical cinephile and leave you with so much joy at the end of the conversation. CA always manages to do this, and their guests are fabuloussssss. I always wonder how all CA's guests are a package of everything good and sweet. The synergy with their awesome guests makes their work stand out.
We often hear things like there are fewer women behind the camera, and we rarely get to hear from them. But here is Pravalya Garu and her story. Thank you, Chitra Alochana, for inviting her and giving an imaginative tour of production design. And Pravalya Garu for sharing her crazy, magical journey from being a fresh graduate to a production designer to one of the unique films of TFI. Huge, huge shout out to her, and more power to her.
