I recently quit smoking after 20+ years and started paying attention to what I eat. Lost 20 lbs in a month. Has knee surgery in 21, 22, and 2023. Lost a lot of quad muscle slowing building up kinda hard over 40 and back at work.

I experienced this on a Delta flight. There was a couple in the back of the plane that were larger and they were moved to the seats next to me which were empty. The seats were bigger and would provide them more room. I overheard the discussion about this between the flight attendants. Good for this couple but it made me think that I had paid extra for this seat in Comfort +..........

I think it's awesome how Adam talked about reading his Bible and getting back in touch with his spiritual practice. Within the last year my family and I have started going to church again and having Bible studies some nights. There are a lot of commonalities between health and fitness and religion. Mainly both are a practice, you will never be perfect at either and that's ok. Good for Adam, I will pray for you.
