We recently bought a Qusy baby carrier in Wrocław and were charged extra for a store staff member demonstrating how to use it. As new parents, we usually go for well-known brands for baby products but decided to try Qusy since we were in the store. However, it's off-putting to be charged extra for something that should be part of the service. Competing products like Babybjörn offer free video consultations with experts. Why can't Qusy provide that level of service instead of allowing third-party resellers to charge extra?
