Elvis' Tupelo Birthplace: Humble but Hopeful

Elvis was born here but he and his mother moved from here when he was about 2 years old after his father was convicted of check forgery and went to prison for a couple of years; they never lived in this house again before moving to Memphis when Elvis was 13
