Hope you’re not running in this heat wave and that those mozzie bites have healed. Good thing those dogs were safely behind a fence. That’s the only thing that worries me about running, unfriendly dogs in the loose.
I’ve actually missed the heatwave (kinda) by being on the Greek island of Kos this week. But it’s mid to high thirties every day here anyway, and did a run here that will be in a video in a couple of weeks.

Lol it always sucks when you do a route and its straight into the uphill. It's nice to have a mile or so on the flat to warm up first!
