Came back to watch this game again after the drama of kyrie and durant.... this was and still is my favourite Nets team.

I've been a Brooklyn fan since 2016 when Jeremy Lin signed there (I'm a huge Jeremy fan) and I fell in love with Brooklyn. When Lin went down I started watching the nets way more and I ended up finding some of my favorite players in D Lo, Caris, Dinwiddie, and Jarret Allen. Jeremy left and I still loved the nets. To see this team flourish like this makes me proud because these players have really good game and deserve to have much more attention towards them. Glad to say I got in at the right time.
They need to be talking about these dudes more especially D Lo. Every morning it's Lebron/Warriors/Westbrook rants/Lebron/random dunks

Playoff bound or not, I love my team. This was built from the bottom with almost no draft help, continuing to develop guys like LeVert and Dinwiddie and stealing DLo in a trade. Nets teams from the past few years wouldn’t have done this but my boys came through and handed out a fat L ✊🏾

Now Guys like D lo are struggling and are massively hated by NBA fans.
As a D lo fan this is one of the few good things I can look up to, but ever since he got traded to GS it has gone downhill.
I try to have hope but each time Wolves lose and D lo is proving the Haters RIGHT, it feels like nothing like this season will ever happen again. I know D lo is complicated and frustrating to watch for many, but when he got traded to my favorite teams, I just became a fan and just wanted him to do good over many other players.
He is also this underdog in a sense with all the crap with the Lakers, now, people who hate his game, and all other limitations to his game. It’s like gambling on that one boxing contender that he can be champion one day. Maybe it’s my fault and should give up on a player that won’t ever make an all star game again, be a star, or be a starter, but it’s hard to give up.
I mean he is just fun to watch when he is going and just think he has the potential if he plays to his strengths but utilizes it’s correctly. I mean I feel like the Nets season was a solid season and he can replicate at least close and even a bit better in the future and now, but it seems hopeless man.
It’s frustrating how hard it is to be a fan and not have the same joy and confidence other fans do. I’m sorry if this is all him because I’m of course the others from this Nets team are also in my heart. I know it was right to get KD and Kyrie, but I don’t care but for me it’s never been the same.
As someone who was a fan of this team since I was a kid back in the Kidd and VC days, I just can’t find the same love. This season was the last time I was truly a fan and the team was a part of me.
I’m sorry it’s weird and they did the right thing to go for KD and KYRIe, but I always loved the Nets as underdogs and the team that no one liked even from croziers from New Jersey.
I still am watching the games, appreciating and respecting what they are doing now and have done. It’s amazing but I don’t think the news Nets fans or players on the current team get wha tit really meant to be a Ners fan this season or years before Fromm good or bad.
And I’m sorry to Nets fans who were like me. Team now is deserved and I am still trying to watch and love them in a sense. I just couldn’t feel it anymore after this season. Admittedly it’s becoming this D lo fan for a reason and gambling on him and other players/teams, but I felt this team is what the Nets were about from Nee Jersey to now. I love the underdog and New Jersey Nets were always that. It’s diffferent now that’s all I’m going to say. Hopefully some understand me.

But it all looks DUMB now considering D’Angelo’s play this year and the “we want a leader” quote or whatever from Magic. Loved the trade from the jump since we (Nets fan) got him for essentially a swap of since Brook is in MIL now and we got Mozgov’s ugly contract(😒). Having Kuzma would’ve been nice but D-Lo looks like what we hoped DWill would be so I ain’t mad lol
