What is the Heterosexual lifestyle? Can someone living a heterosexual life style please explain to me how you came to make the choice to live a heterosexual life style? I am asking for serious answers and I am seeking to understand. What makes one choose a heterosexual lifestyle and what was your journey like to accept this lifestyle?

I agree with you. I've never quite understood this "heterosexual lifestyle" and "homosexual lifestyle" thing
Heterosexual = A person who is attracted to the opposite sex
Homosexual = A person who is attracted to the same sex
Bisexual = A person who is attracted to both sexes
"Hetero" is a Latin word and means "the opposite"
"homo" is a Latin word and means "the same"
"bi" is a Latin word and means "both"
"File (sexual)" means "To Love" in Latin
hetero + file (sexual) = heterofile (heterosexual) / homo + file (sexual) = homofile (homosexual) / bi + file (sexual) = bifile (bisexual)
So what is meant by lifestyle I do not understand. The only difference between heterosexuals and homosexuals is only that the heterosexuals are attracted to the opposite and the homosexuals to the same, otherwise there are no differences. So what you put in the word lifestyle I don't understand, maybe this with "and live a gay lifestyle" means two girls who are lovers with each other or two boys who are lovers with each other? I can find no other explanation. What about a single heterosexual man, isn't he living the heterosexual lifestyle since he is single? A single heterosexual woman, isn't she living the heterosexual lifestyle if she is single? If a gay man is single, isn't he living the gay lifestyle? I understand that you find it confusing, I do too. I'm a gay man, I'm currently single. So whether I live the gay lifestyle or not is for others to decide, I don't know how to define this. I also have straight friends who are single, wonder how people define them

@@All-to-Jesus When I first posted almost a week ago, this it hadn't aired yet. This was just put up 10 hours ago and of course my guess was right. Unlike Connor's perspective, I don't believe homosexual behavior is sin and I don't see white Skittles as a symptom of too much acceptance of homosexuality in a secular culture. My opinion as a gay behavior affirming Christian is just as relevant as Connor's if not more so. Ask ME your questions?

@@inYTbio_SiteLINKs2Verses_Bruv thanks for sharing your thoughts here. The skittles comment was not to say there is “too much” acceptance of homosexuality, but just an observation of it becoming more normative and celebrated culturally. I was not commenting as if that was a bad thing, just asking his perspective. We also wanted to be sure to point out that Connor’s journey is not prescriptive, but is his genuine story. Every story and perspective is unique and should be treated as such, which would include yours.

@@alexehly2846 And thanks for replying Alex. The Skittles question, with the real underling question, was you saying is it TOO much in the open? The main grip with what many Christians say is homosexuality being thrown in their faces. It's not like the LGBTQ should go back in the closet, though that is how many Christians feel should happen, but that it's too much in front of them for their comfort even in a secular culture. A perfect example is what's happening right now with Kellogg's cereal coming out with a gay pride edition of cereal for the month of June. Now boycotts are being called over it and they will do non-stop boycotts over whatever else that comes up in the future that in any way normalizes homosexuality.
I know Connor's perspective, but I can call out his perspective if it's wrong ( Bible condemns homosexual behavior) and let's face it, between what he says and what I say with the Bible and homosexuality, someone is right and someone is wrong irregardless of our personal perspectives or how we feel. Like I said, you can ask my views as well.

One more thing. I'm all about honesty, not only as a Christian, but because that's who I am. Really think you'll put what I have to say on the level of Connors' story and perspective? You won't because he fundamentally believes as you do, that acting on homosexuality is wrong from the Word of God.

What about what God says? Do progressive “Christians” really care about God anymore?
“You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.”
      ‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭18:22‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.”

You also forgot where he said in chapter you who judge are you not guilty of the same things. What things Matt do you believe or have you studied that Paul was referring to? In the passage in Leviticus it is also an abomination to eat pork yet in the vision God gave Peter He told Him don't not call unclean what I have called clean. We know God is the same yesterday, today and always so why did God say this?
