Hello disha, it's been almost 10 years since my graduation and 7 years leaving my previous job. How can I prepare myself to get into this field. You were speaking about making network with seniors during college or Internship, I'm in a situation where I have no network like this.. how can I get into the interviews.. won't the companies prefer to take freshers from college than me. How should I prepare myself for the interview

A lot of companies are now looking at women who want to return to work. You can send them your resume. Login to Linked in everyday and start networking with the HR managers and ask them if they have any vacancy. Keep reading about recruitment trends, how to recruit, how to look for candidates, how to evaluate candidate's profile....these should help you get an understanding of the process and confidence that you can handle interviews.

MBA does teach you a lot of life skills. It teaches professionalism and a lot of survival skills. It also helps to develop thinking capacity. I agree that not everything that you study in MBA will be used in your professional field but you will understand the theories in each subject. Some companies prefer MBA candidates only....

Hi Ma’am, thanks for this video. How long will it take to have a financial stability in HR industry? Iv been associated with this industry since may 2019, first as recruitment associate getting paid 17k per month and now as an HR and admin manager getting 20k per month for a startup. But problem is still I’m still underpaid as compared to the work/responsibilities assigned. Is the financial progress slow in this domain or am I bing underpaid?
I’ll be happy to hear your thoughts on this, pls connect with me since I want to have a clear thought on this.
    PS- emailed you as well.

If you feel that you are underpaid, there is no harm in exploring other options. In my opinion, the compensation should match the responsibilities, only then the company does justice to the employee and the employee works dedicatedly for the company.
