Murray building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with a moving truck holding a fertilizer bomb he made with his buddy. McVeigh was sentenced to death and later executed for it. The bomb killed like 238 people, and on the bottom floor, there was a daycare center so several of those victims were small children. The bomb caused absolutely massive damage to the building in addition to the lives that were lost.
Regarding the fertiliser bomb joke, he’s saying the garden of remembrance is looking really well, as the ground was filled with fertiliser…ammonium nitrate, used in fertiliser, is also quite explosive.
