You might want to add hockey pucks to the front member underneath for landing pads … takes the thump out of the landings. You’ll need auto-leveling to prevent the bed/can from bottoming out.
21.05" omg cheez that's wild, you've certainly nailed this, the wheels, the look, going to be show, eye catcher for sure, be prepared..aha awesome..all the best from the UK.
Just watching the rear end as it goes through it's travel, you may run into some driveline vibration issues with the change of pinion angle as the ride height changes.
Good spotting Jay. I'll be paying close attention to the angles, I've spent a lot of time on that with the coupe. For now I've just dummied the parts up, as it's all coming out again at some stage. But you are right, it does change significantly through the whole range of travel. I'll only be using half of that travel almost all the time.
Awesome work mate. Love when your videos pop up in my feed. I need to put in a bit more time into my 70 f100. Seeing your work really helps me keep motivated Cheers Phil. 🍻
It's definately come a long way...The proportions of the cab and tub look good with the wheels too.Great achievement and milestone in the build Look forward to the rest of the build..all the best!.
As a quick check to see with the front camber. Change the bolts in the upper head plate so they are screwed in from the diver side so they are studs. Add some washers to the top bolt and bolt the brackets back on using the bottom bolt hole on the top stuf only. this will gove you and idea of how much you may need to change the top arm position.
Thanks Mark, I grabbed some Super Pro UCA brackets which sit the arms about 20mm further out. I have to cycle it through full travel and do some measuring and work out what I need
@@Philthybuilds When you work out how far out and up the pivot point on the arm needs to move send it t me I'll send an adjusted file so you can have ADMO fab cut some new ones
The truck is looking great. I wouldn’t lower the back more than the front. I mean I love lower but these trucks look best level or the back up just a bit.
Doing a great job mate, your air ride system is awesome.
Looks tuff. It's going to turn out wild .
That’s going to be one sweet ride
Good stuff brother, Excited to see the next
looking awsome now mate, great job

That's a good idea, thanks. The airlift system I'm using has the auto levelling

It's coming along nicely and love seeing the updates. The godzilla is a beast. Can you resist a Harrop blower in the future? First world problems!
