Cold Steel Karambit - The Steel Tiger!

In response to the many requests from our customers to produce a Karambit, we enlisted the help of the incredibly talented custom knife maker Steven Likarich to develop our very own interpretation of the ancient Indonesian knife that we like to call the Steel Tiger.
Possessing all of the best features of the finest classic Indonesian knives but produced with modern styling and materials, our Steel Tiger is a wonder of modern materials meeting Martial heritage.
The broadly curved AUS 8A stainless blade is beautifully polished, taper ground, vacuum heat-treated and sub-zero quenched, for maximum strength, cutting power and edge retention.
The handle is designed for comfort, strength and ease of use, featuring a tough Grivory® core that encapsulates the tang, emerging as the bolster/thumb shelf and distinctive finger ring. This core is then over-molded with Kray-Ex™, which yields more to hand pressure than Grivory, and, in turn, creates a superb, non-slip grip that is as comfortable as it is practical.
For safety, convenience and quick access, the Steel Tiger® comes with a sturdy Secure-Ex® sheath that you can lash to your gear or retain on your person via the removable boot or belt clip.
