I don't know about that... Most of the times just turns out we like something or someone so much we trick ourselves to think they are unique... Now, with that being said, in Kpop there are groups that fit a concept so well that it feels like they're fresh (but definitely not new). Honestly, what they're doing sound and look like other things NCT have done before (which is natural since they are NCT)... Anyway, it's okay if it feels unique to you, just know that for a lot of other people it feels like the same thing done by new members, and you as their fan, have to accept those opinions as long as it doesn't become a ridiculous situation with weird or malicious intentions towards them.
Some says NCT wish reminds them of NCT Dream or like wish is just another dream. But personally, they really are different. Although both have fresh concepts, they didn't overlapped.
Ig dream owns the pure concept for those people, having a cute concept when there're literal babies in the group is fine and doesn't mean in anyway that they're copying anyone.
