Not any more. Berlin is expensive now. And I’ve lived in both, I left for Warsaw because of the job situation and flat situation. Now I must leave Warsaw because I can’t find a flat. They have all either been bought or donated to Ukrainians.

Irina, Cost of living in Poland is cheaper than here in California U.S.A. A one bedroom apartment here in Daly City, California is $3,000 a month plus foods, utilities, etc. You must earn at least $6,000 a month net. This is only for single person.

There is no point in renting for a long time. If you had bought the apartment 2 years ago, it would be worth 30% more now. So even if you had to move, selling would give you a lot of capital.

    • @irinaabroadvlog

I must say that in our case it definitely worth it. Simply because when baby is 1,3 yo and she is adapting to a new environment, we would rather pay more to make her feel comfortable and adapt easily. Also, I totally love state nursery Alice goes now, not worse than a private one - probably I can share experience in one of the videos :)
