I'm seriously thinking about this swap for my R1200RS. Looks to be pretty straightforward, with the exception of having to drill holes in the bar. Suggest bar come predrilled?

What is the offset in height and distance to rider compared to the OEM bars?
Are the drilled holes just clearance or do they need to be sized for the screw threads ?
You drill the holes in order to fasten the grips/switch units with a screw (same as on the original tube).
