Very good explaining method. Sir, cross exam is an Art. You should be very good in cross examining witnesses. Very few advocates are there who can conduct good cross.
I'm a lawyer too but more towards Appellate and Writ side.I'd suggest that in addition to this video, add more parts on cross examination where you narrate and discuss the transcript of an actual, real cross examination from a case you've conducted and discuss that.

If any statement is given by witness during investigation then such statement is relevant or not at the stage of trial during cross examination of that witness.
