This could be really sweet all fixed up! Would it be possible to put up a rock wall in front of the house next to the road? Not sure how close the property line is to that electric pole. But it would be awesome to have a nice iron walkway across to the open area while leaving it all open inside with good light coming in for the walkway and indoor plants hanging allover the walls. I love to dream!
You are the second person to suggest leaving it open its a great idea, the wall would not be permitted right next to the wall for sure, and would be subject to planning, the property goes right to the road.
This is a winner! I would put a nice wood plank bridge with steel cables and glass sides over the area with that plank. Leave it open and point those bricks and stone work and you would have a killer space inside there! As for the front, double glazed windows and a tick soundproof door, and I don't think the car noise would be too bad inside the house. I agree with you on the power pole...that has to go!

What a interesting place with nice flat fertile garden. Very manageable project. I have seen better ( not many ) but some. properties in the low 30s price range. It’s so amazing how responsibly priced central Portugal is. I wonder what it will actually sell for. ?
Low thirties in this area does not happen, unless smaller, maybe in Castelo Branco region, but hey there is always a reason. This is a bargain and I will be very surprised if it is somewhere close to the asking price and soon.

Tempted to jump on
a plane to view it, but no doubt it will sell well before I could sell my property here. (Apart from the fact that I’m jumping the gun 😂. Planning to make several visits next year before retiring in Spring 2025)
