For anyone who is interested, here's the first part of my morning commute, from home to the end of the track in Gorton. This morning was the first chance I had to use the GoPro. It's a bit bumpy on the track, in case you feel queasy!
That's why I switched to disc brakes. I wore two rims out in the space of 3 months riding the fixed on there. Once the builders do one it won't be too bad. In about 2016!

What tyres do you have for this?
Schwalbe Marathon Plus 28s. Had the same pair on for 12 months.
