just a small concern. since quite a few of your customers are senior citizens and diabetes is very common in India with senior citizens. Aloo Paratha - which is aloo + wheat+oil, Rice, sabzi which also has potatoes and bananas !! The food you are serving is a "High Carb" food. which is very bad for diabetics. I would highly recommend you to do some changes to the food you serve. instead of Aloo paratha or even wheat roti, please try makka, jowar or bajra or ragi rotis, avoid potatoes even in sabzi's. use beans, carrots, capsicum or make chana rajma moong ect. People will absolutely love green leafy vegetables cooked in a very simple way with just light spices and tomatoes. if you do have to keep rice try to keep pahadi brown rice- its a nutritious option compared to white rice. Steamed moong or Moth beans are a good replacement for rice. Do not serve tetrapack or any other kind of juice - it is very high sugar. for tea and coffee too keep it without sugar. let your customers choose whether they want to add or not. rather try to keep herbal tea with himalayan local herbs. serve other seasonal fruits like papayas or oranges or even apples is still a better choice compared to a high calorie fruit like banana. it is very important to eat right and remain healthy while travelling. I travel solo a lot and ive been to quite a few places in Himachal and Uttrakhand. I am diabetic and do find carb free food. ive even sometimes requested for Mandua roti or makke ki roti instead of wheat rotis and people were very co-operative. Im sure your customers both young and old will appreciate "healthy delicious food"

@@visitkailashtreks try to incorporate these changes. it will work as an advantage for your travel company if people get healthy high fibre high protein food. infact once you have decided the menu for your customers, add this point in your brochures so that people know what they will eat during the journey. mentioning that the food you will serve is pure vegetarian and "Diabetic Friendly" will attract more customers.

@@puspabiswa7303 very expensive. almost 1.5 lac per person. Group tours always end up to be more expensive than Solo trips. Ive been travelling solo for almost 2 years and end up spending 1/3rd of what group tours charge. I did a Vishnodevi, Jammu Srinagar, Sonmarg, Gulmarg and Pahalgam for under 30000. tour companies charge 80000 to 1 lac per person.
Spiritual, adventurous trip served with nutricious healthy food will attract more people consequently be more advantage to company. If needed you can escalate food component.
Where do you stay in between the parikarmas?
Where do you go to answer natures call during the walk, especially for ladies? Seems very open.

Can you provide the trip booking process and charges. Does this year china is issuing visas,I heard that after 2018 it stopped.

Buddhism is nastik नास्तिक. Whereas Hinduism is astik आस्तिक.
So visiting Gompa (Monastery) is useless for Hindus, who are on a pilgrimage to Mt. Kailash & Lake Manasarovar.
