maam plz can u explain why the current is not dividing in to ch2 and d2 whn ch2 is on. the current which is flowing back from inductor . why it's not dividing from the node. I m totally not getting this why all the current goes to ch2.
during conduction of ch1 inductor store energy and we know inductor is use for store energy and when ch1 in off condition and ch2 in on condition that time no any current flow from source , and inductor energy use whenever ch2 on , current will flow from ch2 , diode provide the path to current if in any condition ch2 off then current will flow through diode. thank you WITH REGARDS LEARN AND GROW
Remember, current flows from +ve to -ve for load and from -ve to +ve for source. When ch1 is on L and E acts as a source. Hence the polarity shown in the figure. When ch2 is on, Vs supply is not present and L - E combination acts as source(ie stored energy from L). Hence the polarity shown in the figure.
Yes you are right when ch1 conduct current flow s1 then L and inductor store energy but if any case ch1 do not conduct then current flow from inductor to diode but normally it mention that current flow in direction ch1 L E FD but in actual diode conduct in condition if ch1 off And we only use diode becauce it provide the direction of current THANK YOU WITH REGARDS LEARN AND GROW
Nice teaching mam keep it up 👍👌
Thanks for your words
I am very happy for your teaching
Thanks and glad to help you

LEARN AND GROW .. thanku 🙂
Lots of thanku so much mam
Glad to help you
I have a question and my question is is it necessary to connect a source in type C chopper? If yes then why?
thanks learn and grow

Thanks
why is output voltage still positive?

When the ch 1 will be conducting then how the current will flow from ch1 L E FD because current makes a closed loop from source to source

Jab inductor discharge hone se uska polarity change hota hai but yahan to polarity change nahi hua
