As a casual Leafs fan, if its 730 on a Tuesday and I flip to sportsnet or TSN and the Canucks and Capitals are playing, ill watch that. If the Flyers are in Montreal, I'll watch that. If the Leafs are playing they'll take priority most of the time, but getting rid of region locking will open up teams to different fanbases who just want to watch hockey. My first favorite team was the Sabres (2006 era) because I was able to watch those games
