I think for some reason they needed Mark so they faked his wife’s death to manipulate him to be severed. And Gemma is severed in a way that she never leaves and only knows the job she’s doing which is why she seems so robotic and they don’t know each other in there and she doesn’t leave so they’ll never meet on the outside.
I don’t think milchick lives on the outside. He had no idea that a little kid wouldn’t count to 1000. And brought it up later when he blamed the child for appearing to inside Dylan.
I think he went to a school similar to Cobell where they indoctrinate kids into the Kier philosophy at a young age. Him and Cobell seem like blind loyalist to me.
is it possible for for an Innie or an Outie to die, but the body, with the Other Personality continue. It might be that Gemma's Outie, died from the car accident and some sort of brain damage, but her Innie continued on. Possibly living within Lumon in some facility? Or if a body becomes brain dead, they place a new chip and somehow reactivate the body with it?
@@filmsretold1 Mark goes to the place where Gemma was killed by a car accident and not a cemetery, and I don't seen an urn or anything in his house. So where is Gemmas body interned according to Mark and his family? How did Lumon get Gemma's body? Was she rebelling or was she reintegrated and going to the authorities about Lumon and Lumon faked her death and then messed with her brain further, wiping out ALL of her memories, Innie and Outtie, making her almost a robot-like drone?

That would explain why a lot of people thought the board member’s voice that we heard on tonight’s episode (episode 8) sounded like Mark’s.
