I haven't seen it but I seem to remember that it was touted as being so scary that some people who saw the original in Japan died after watching it. Must be part of the hype. When this version opened in the States they gave many warnings about how scary it was. She's very nice looking too.

I haven't seen either one of those films, but if I had to choose only one of them to watch, probably the original "Ringu", as it starred the great Hiroyuki Sanada

Too bad The Ring Two was a disappointment and Rings is a miserable failure!!!!
