Holy Crap - Nice Flying! I just my bought my grandson his first RC Heli (an indoor $50 amazon thing) and "obviously" I had to test it out before giving it to him. And though I'm no RC Heli pilot myself - anyone can easily tell you have mad skills! Thanks for the awesome/entertaining video!!
Thank you! I’m not expert pilot by any means but I appreciate it! Helis are the best part if the hobby and the most rewarding in my opinion! Practice practice practice. If you were grandson shows interest in it. I will get him a fixed pitch fire fox C-129. That is a great beginner helicopter that flies really good and help him learn a lot. I have been teaching my daughter on it. Thank you for watching!
@@westhobbiesrc8051why do i have to Watch this day in day out 🤩 im practicing to let my 450 survive at least 15 packs straight to justify what you think this Video inspires me to do anyway
Thanks Larry! Everything needs to be sped up lol are usually set rotation rate to 700 but some models I go higher and some lower. This one has definitely taken the most amount of toning to get perfect but it is so close!
If I may ask an offtopic question about a previous video.... I've got an OMP-Hobby M1 and bought the 3blade head and carbon frame upgrades (just shippped so have to wait a bit before I can play with them). I was thinking about the blade holder, did you make a new one that fits all 3 blades or do you not bother holding them in place? Second, does the heli fit in the original foam case with this modified head?
The carbon fiber main frame is the best upgrade you can do to that M1! No I have not made or used a blade holder but I have thought about designing and 3-D printing one! Are usually just remove the blades to put it back in its case. But if you wanted to modify your phone case you could! I had to take out a little bit of foam for the head to fit perfectly. I actually just received my other three bladed head for my M1 Evo! So I will be doing some testing on it this weekend!
Nice heli! I have a question. I was just out flying my 330s with the 6250hx. Ive had it tuned and flying good for a while now. I just went to fly it and all of a sudden when I switched from normal to idle 1 the thing LOST POWER and got into a terrible tail wag that almost crashed it. My idle one is on 70% and soo is normal. When I switched it dropped to barely 40% and crazy oscillation. This isnt the first 6250 ive had to do weird random DANGEROUS stuff. Im about to be completely done with that fbl and put something else in it.
The 6250HX Has been known to do some weird things. Loss of power going to a hardhead speed could be yes he shut down or BEC brown our causing the FBL/RX to power down. Personally I would get a iKon FBL and never look back! Such a incredible FBL unit and can do SO much!
@@westhobbiesrc8051 shame cause the 6250 would be great if it worked like its supposed to. I like the forward programming but the fbl just has a mind of its own. Sometimes I hit panic and it works fine. Other times it will make you panic and throw the heli into the ground if not high enough. Im gonna see how the spirit 2 is in my raw 420. Im done with the 6250 for sure.
@@DetoursRC you can do “forward programming” with the iKon and spektrum as well. You use a SRXL2 and can adjust/tune right from the radio. It’s great! I’ve not messed with spirit FBL but I did try the Demon Axon and I’m not fan. Like iKon way better.
@@westhobbiesrc8051 yeah that bavarian demon fbl is real pricey too. I think the spirit will be great when I figure out the setup with srxl2 telemetry and all that. I was gonna get an ikon but they weren't in stock. Ive got no doubt they are great alot of folks like em.
Multiple reasons, the human body would implode upon the G forces. Physical wound on the actual machine we destroyed itself. Blades would break, rotor heads would come part. Boom and fuse of the helicopter would break. Real helicopters can’t take the forces that a model can.

I honestly think I'm ready to fly a big helicopter like this. I just need the money and the space for one.
I’m sure you are! Big helis are so much more fun to fly! Time to start saving, that’s what I do!
Bad ass man
Thanks man!
Hello! What´s the Setup for your 12s? Thanks ✌️
Hello! Xnova 4030, Hobbywing 130HV, 12s 3300mAh. There is full build videos with the full setup if you need.

cual recomiendas?
raw 700 o raw 580?
Both are fantastic helis. The RAW 580 is my favorite!
Can u fit a 5000mah 12s batt in it?
Yes you can!
All things relative, supposedly, why can't a piloted, larger copter do tricks like this?

Darn. Too fast! I thought I was for sure going to be first.
