0:45 it's just occurred to me that this has pretty big implications. Like, in human terms I get it, but has this shown up in the show? Because it seems like a big deal that you couldn't rely on DNA to authenticate identity. Though on the other hand Timelords often seem to recognize each other on sight across regeneration, so 🤷
