Thanks for the demonstration. Do you have any suggestions for doing a cluster analysis that uses a raster grid instead of points? I'm trying to cluster cells from the grid that have a high proportion of an ecosystem in them and then smooth them or create polygons around those clusters that meet 5% of that entire ecosystem. Does that make senes? Thank you!

can you elaborate why did you use DBSCAN Cluster tool and what the purpose of that.i cannot understand it

You could use the raster calculator to create a new raster that fits your criteria. Then convert rater to polygon.
