I think that selling your previous home is a very good idea! Your right that you do not need anymore headaches from renting. I enjoy "visiting" Memphis, Oakley & Shelby- they are so wonderful. I like when Shelby had her tongue sticking out- my collie used to that and it is so cute.
huskies at least mine loves to be outdoors hates to come in however when its hot she love the ac but in the winter good luck getting her in she loves the cold. huskies are awsomes. youre dogs are too cute im kinda in love with oakley fluffy butt is awsomes
My kittens used to sleep with their tongue sticking out, they used to drool, and they snored...We had to get rid of them though. I played with their tongues a few times when we were playing.

Sometimes Shelby's eyes seem to me to be turquoise blind blue, like the stones that are so popular out here. All of her coloring - fur & eyes are gorgeous. And then Memphis seems to me to be a rich silver & white, set off by amber eyes. Gorgeous !!
Right now it is 90 and heat index is 99. Earlier at around 11 a.m. or so, the heat index was 106. Ugh. I totally understand about your not wanting to deal with renters anymore. I live in a renovated apartment and get upset at the thought of anyone trashing/not properly caring for the apartments here. You have upgraded the old house and I'm sure you would be hurt to have someone not take proper care of it. I also love that screened in front porch. Having one would be so nice with having my cat and it would keep the mosquitoes away. Pokemon Go looks interesting. I don't know if I could play it since I can't drive or walk(use wheelchair).
When you asked the girls if they wanted to go outside my dog was next to me and looked at me as if I had said it. I stood up and cocked his head to the side and was like "yeah I want to go outside! What kind of question is that?"
