Maybe sounds silly, but I wonder how much guys like Joe Frazier, George Foreman, Ken Norton or Mike Tyson cared and practiced these low rep explosive exercises at their career peak. I read that Foreman did a lot of heavy bags, calisthenics and weights (later in his career). Tyson was a calisthenics monster too. They also both did high rep training. Could anyone prove me wrong, please?
This is 🔥🔥🔥
Excellent video as always!🥊👊🏾
Appreciate that
Saw Usyk doing some of these in his training camp vlog. You lads are class 👏🏾 😊

Do Kettlebell goblet squats work? What s your idea?
Does the course material have content or subtitles in Brazilian Portuguese?
Have you ever measured the pounds of pressure before and after so many weeks of a method? Can you show that if you have
Rest between sets?
Everything 3-5 reps for 3 sets?
More or less. 4-5 sets on loaded jumps.
Rotational work can have more volume - 6-10 reps
Thanks for letting me know keep the W content up🙏🏻🙏🏻
I honestly don't think you can improve punch power . You have it or you don't. You can improve technique but defo not punch power
That’s not true
You can it's scientifically proven
